We offer a fulltime, Martial Arts and Strength and Conditioning Centre available to all via a membership or Pay as you go option. Offering Professional coaching in all of the following: MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Greco Roman Wrestling, Team Force Kids, Ladies Muay Thai, Strength & Conditioning and Self Defence.

We are Recognised and Affiliated to Cia Paulista BJJ under LEO QUEIROZ 2nd degree Black Belt Recognised by, affiliated to and insured by: Grappling Arts Association of Great Britain.

TEAM FORCE WIN 1 X GOLD MEDAL & 4 X BRONZE MEDALS AT THE BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU BRITISH OPEN @ NEC BIRMINGHAM

Congratulations to all Team Force Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students who fought over the weekend at the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu British Open held at the NEC Birmingham.

Ben Hodge Took 4th Place in the Adult Medium Heavy division and scored the 2nd Highest points in the whole division.

Deon Rayner took Gold and is the British Open Champion 2012

Oli Sarwa Took Bronze

Cameron Currie took Bronze

Sonya Marie took Bronze

Max Grkinic & Glenn Martin both had hard fights but didnt quite do enough to score the points, however awesome show guys.
