We offer a fulltime, Martial Arts and Strength and Conditioning Centre available to all via a membership or Pay as you go option. Offering Professional coaching in all of the following: MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Greco Roman Wrestling, Team Force Kids, Ladies Muay Thai, Strength & Conditioning and Self Defence.

UFC Fighter Paul "Relentless" Taylor Joins TEAM FORCE

Paul ‘Relentless’ Taylor has more than lived up to his nickname. In five UFC fights, he has won ‘Fight of the Night’ honours three times. This remarkable achievement indicates the kind of fighter he is and explains why he has earned himself so many fans with his dangerous stand-up skills.

Paul "Relentless" Taylor will be Joining Team Force Coaching Staff - This is awesome for us as a Team
Paul is without doubt one of the best I have worked with in MMA - and those that attended the recent seminar will prob agree.

This begins a new Era for us as a club and the direction and structure of MMA at Team Force.

We will see a Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced MMA sessions coming on - each with specific elements - Drills, workouts, Warm Ups, Main class specifics, for every level and ability, weather you want to fight or just want to train there is something for everyone.

There will also be a Junior MMA Session & Team.

Paul will also be incorporating his nutrition advice, specifics on weight management for fighters to get the best out of your body.

Paul will also be offering some amazing 1-2-1 sessions pre seminar / Training days to Team Force Members & Friends
